Client Relationship Support

As the Client Relationship Support, Angelina gets involved with everything to do with our client's satisfaction with the service we provide.

From ensuring the Client's Care Plan is tailored to exact care needs to coordinating support with other Health Care Professionals such as GPs, Chemists etc to ensure the Client's overall wellbeing.


Training Manager

Mark has a wealth of experience in the care industry, making him highly knowledgeable about the training and information that Caregivers require to make them excel in their work.

Managing and organising our training program, Mark ensures our Caregivers gain the skills and knowledge that allows them to deliver the high standard of service our Clients need and receive.


Office Administrator and Accounts Assistant

Supporting the office with all essential administrative tasks, Sam works hard to enable that the rest of the team can focus on delivering high quality care to our Clients.

Sam's essential work includes a great range of jobs and tasks, from running invoicing reports to managing our email support service


Elite Caregiver

Peter has been supporting Pure HomeCare clients since 2010 and has been nominated for several awards for his service. Peter's role as an Elite Caregiver involves supporting the start ups of new clients joining our service and supporting other Care Workers.

In 2013, Peter was honoured by the NHS for platelet donations - He has been donating platelets regularly since he was 18 years old.



As the company Director, Lola ensures that Pure Homecare delivers above and beyond the high standard of service our Clients expect and deserve.

Believing that our standards can never be too high, Lola continues to partner with Clients and develop technology and training that only improves the service we provide.

Anna Thorn

Care Manager - Birmingham

Anna manages the operations of our Birmingham office; she ensures the high standards our clients expect and supports our wonderful Caregivers in doing a great job.

Sophie Dul

Sales and Marketing Manager

As the Sales and Marketing Manager, Sophie has the job of raising awareness about Pure HomeCare. She liaises with various community based organisations, health care professionals, Case Managers and Charities about the amazing services provided by Pure HomeCare Caregivers

Melanie Rowland

Finance Manager

Melanie manages the accounts of the business which includes preparing our monthly invoices to managing payroll and everything in between!

She is naturally conscientious and feel very proud of the support I give to our clients and Caregivers.
