Angelina

Client Relationship Support

As the Client Relationship Support, Angelina gets involved with everything to do with our client's satisfaction with the service we provide.

From ensuring the Client's Care Plan is tailored to exact care needs to coordinating support with other Health Care Professionals such as GPs, Chemists etc to ensure the Client's overall wellbeing.

Mark

Training Manager

Mark has a wealth of experience in the care industry, making him highly knowledgeable about the training and information that Caregivers require to make them excel in their work.

Managing and organising our training program, Mark ensures our Caregivers gain the skills and knowledge that allows them to deliver the high standard of service our Clients need and receive.

Dan

Financial Controller

Dan comes from a very strong financial background and performs the vital task of making sure the financial side of the Pure Homecare business all adds up correctly.

Dan mirrors the Pure Homecare culture of transparency. He works on a part time basis (Monday to Wednesday) yet he will respond to any queries as thoroughly and quickly as possible.

Stephanus Van Heerden

Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Ensures the quality of Caregivers recruited meets Pure HomeCare standards.

With a proven track record in recruitment, Stephanus is committed to recruiting a higher quality of Caregivers to provide support to our Clients.

Sam

Office Administrator and Accounts Assistant

Supporting the office with all essential administrative tasks, Sam works hard to enable that the rest of the team can focus on delivering high quality care to our Clients.

Sam's essential work includes a great range of jobs and tasks, from running invoicing reports to managing our email support service

Peter

Elite Caregiver

Peter has been supporting Pure HomeCare clients since 2010 and has been nominated for several awards for his service. Peter's role as an Elite Caregiver involves supporting the start ups of new clients joining our service and supporting other Care Workers.

In 2013, Peter was honoured by the NHS for platelet donations - He has been donating platelets regularly since he was 18 years old.

Lola

Director

As the company Director, Lola ensures that Pure Homecare delivers above and beyond the high standard of service our Clients expect and deserve.

Believing that our standards can never be too high, Lola continues to partner with Clients and develop technology and training that only improves the service we provide.

Toby Sturgess

Leicester Care Manager

As the Care Manager for Leicester, his job is to monitor the service we deliver, maintain the high standards expected from our clients and ensure client satisfaction.

Making sure the quality of our service is in line with regulatory guidelines and the structures defined by Pure HomeCare.

David Allen

Sales and Marketing Executive

We do a great job and David is tasked in building an awareness about Pure HomeCare.

Operations Support

Like Sam, Emily is one of the friendly voices you hear on the phone when calling Pure HomeCare. She helps with supporting our lovely Caregivers and clients with any queries they have about our service.

Susan Murrey

Care Coordinator

Susan has the responsibility of ensuring our Caregiver placements meet with our client's requirement and shifts are attended at the requested times.

Melanie Rowland

Bookkeeper/ Accounts Assistant

Melanie manages the accounts of the business which includes preparing our monthly invoices to managing payroll and everything in between!

She is naturally conscientious and feel very proud of the support I give to our clients and Caregivers.

Dolapo

Care Coordinator, Birmingham

I support the Birmingham branch with client placements and the management of our lovely Caregivers.
